Advice on champagne

Not really. It was obvious it comes from Citibank but the specifics were missing. Turns out it is the Signature credit card, which I don't have so won't get a code.

Not only that, but they don't seem to have offer the code to those of us on electronic statements. Only those helping destroy forests with paper statements get cheaper wine as well... Quite odd IMHO :)

My advice is buy it cheap and drink it often. Of course I'm less likely to do the second without the first.

Not too cheap otherwise the liver may suffer unintended consequences. I prefer intended consequences :D

Bollinger Grand Annie ---- had no idea it is so good! Bought a bottle inbound tax-free. Smooth smooth and very fresh! Loved it. Buy one yes yes yes again yes anytime !

Hanging out to try that one...but have Bollinger Rose lined up for my birthday later this week.

Hi,

I too am a lover of Champagne.
Can anyone comment on the "Moet & Chandon Ice". Apparently you have it with crushed ice? I have been scouring the duty free as we are shortly going OS out of Melbourne and have seen it on the web site. Cheers

I like it but found that's it's that sweet that you actually NEED to have it with ice! It was made for people to drink through summer months and still have champagne. I think they found some people were putting ice in their champagne during summer and this was their answer. Worth trying once. But I'm sure one of my other cheaper NZ favourites at $15 a bottle will probably taste the same with ice. I'm going to try that out over summer - then no need to buy Moët on ice:)
