Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

I reckon something wrong with their email system,
My booklet promised 500 points following an email on 22 Sept. Never got the email. Complained and got a manual credit.
I am assuming you guys getting the targeted emails didnt get the 6 week books - cause we still have another 2 weeks to go

Didn't get the email either.

Will send an email to them and hope for the manual credit as well.

Yep - my family has 2 cards
both no e-mail
both got manual credit - one phonecall, and one used on-line chat. Reckon your chances are good.
If no joy, ask and I'll send you a screen shot of the credit

ahh.. they must be varying it from offer to offer..thanks to pointing that out. some certainly don't exclude alcohol

Wish mine hadn't excluded alcohol. Stocking up on early Xmas presents was my first thought.

$80 per week for four weeks is going to be a stretch for me, given I'm a single household.

I received the same offer (10,000 points for $80 spend for 4 weeks) - as you mentioned, it is a generous offer but with only the 2 of us, the spend will be a stretch as it's well over what I'd usually spend at WW in 4 weeks and especially as it has to be done in a single spend each time (which is annoying).

We got a variety of offers for our family member accounts.

My card got an offer of 12,000 points total for spending $110 per week for 4 weeks, approx 13% return
My partner's card got an offer of 10,000 points total for spending $80 per week, approx 15% return
Another family member got an offer of 4000 points total for spending $40 per week, approx 12% return

We'll probably use the $40 per week offer. The other targets are too high to sustain for 4 weeks. I wasn't expecting a good offer on my card after spending $135 per week in the 2 week promotion. I was surprised that my partner's offer was so high. That card rarely gets used for purchases over $50. If I need more than $40 of stuff from Woolworths I'll use my card in $10 transactions and redeem the points from the previous offer (if they ever credit them).

Spend must be in one shop?

Hi everyone,

I've received an offer of 10,000 points for 4x weeks of $110.

Thing is, I cannot tell if this is supposed to be charged in one shop (as these usually are) or accumulate through the week.

The T&Cs in the email state this:

"Spend at least $110 in one or more transactions at a participating Woolworths supermarket during each of the 4 designated weeks"

Which sounds like spend accumulates, but I've never heard of that before.

What does everyone think?

Thanks for any help.

I got the $80 x 4 weeks for 10,000 points offer. I don't think I will be able to achieve it as I would never spend that much every week for 4 weeks and I'm going overseas in 5 weeks, so am trying to run supplies down, not build them up. Will give the offer a miss this time and hope for something more achievable in the future.

Re: Spend must be in one shop?

I would have thought one or more indicates that you are able to accumulate the $110 throughout the week

Re: Spend must be in one shop?

I think its clearly coughulative.

To contrast see my offer below which is clearly in just the one shop:

'Just spend $40* in one shop each week for the next 4 weeks to earn 4000 bonus points.'

"one or more" indicates that you can use more than one transaction in the relevant week to reach the required target. The opportunity doesn't come up very often in the Woolworths offers but it is worth doing when you can. The opposite to this is "one transaction only" offers. Flybuys only offer these one transaction promotions, Woolworths Rewards jump between the 2 offer types.

The $110 target can be reached in multiple shopping trips. The $40 and $80 targets have to be spent in one transaction. This should be easy enough. I'm guessing I'm going to be taking up a Flybuys offer for most of these weeks so keeping the Woolworths spending down to $40 should be easy.

Re: Spend must be in one shop?

There is a chance Woolworths Rewards will help you keep track of your spending if you use multiple transactions. There is sometimes a message on your receipt about how much you need to spend after that transaction to get to your target. I say sometimes because they didn't do this for the 2 week promotion recently.

I hadn't had a single offer since the new scheme started. However, after printer the 10% off voucher someone posted, I did my weekly shop at Woolies yesterday (~$130 after 10%) and hey presto I've finally been sent an over. Spend $40pw in a single shop x 4wks for 6,000pts.

So for those yet to get any offers under the new scheme, maybe just do one weekly show and see what happens.
