Re: ANZ QFF Black 75,000 bonus with no annual fee 1st year -only $2500 spend 1st 3 mo

Hi all

I hit the $2500 around 10 days ago, and yet the 75k is still not showing up on my ANZ online dashboard.

Called to query this, and the assistant told me the bonus points would not show up on my ANZ dashboard until 3 MONTHS after I had hit the spend trigger, and that the points would sweep across to my QFF account on the same date.

This seems significantly different to others' experiences on here. Should I call back and speak to someone else?

Although mine posted a lot sooner, 3 months is within the T & C.

You may find that the 3 months states was a generic response and the points may post a lot sooner.

This was exactly what they said to me when I rang too.

Their T and C's actually say "within" 3 mths after hitting the spend....

The bonus Qantas Points will be credited to your ANZ account within three months of the eligible spend criteria being met.

I reached the required spend within the first month. However I only received the points on my 3rd bill. This was what I was expecting.

I was wondering about this too, but read in their FAQ that it will be added to the account after 4 months after the card activation!! Guess I will stop the auto redemption into Velocity points and just wait for the next bonus offer...

That's what happened for me last year. Anticipating the same again, I've just hit my spend criteria, no bonus points showing yet.

But I also didn't have an annual fee charged in month one, so I expect the offer has applied correctly.

The offer has been extended again, to 15/6/16 (according to the Qantas web site).

Nice. Hope it's still there around this time next year when I can apply for it again.

I have some questions about churning both the QFF version and the rewards versions...

If I cancel the QFF version and apply for the rewards version, will I still have the same ANZ netbank login?

Has anyone applied for the rewards version, whilst still owning the QFF version?

I think that's it... Thanks.

Hi guys

It's probably been mentioned, but once I call to request my 2x QF lounge passes, how soon can I expect to have them in hand?
Cheers

Re: ANZ QFF Black 75,000 bonus with no annual fee 1st year -only $2500 spend 1st 3 mo

They do say lounge passes can take 3 weeks.
But ours were received just over a week.

Cool

Assume they have 12 months on them from date of issue?

I was a bit peeved when mine arrived and they were only valid until November (it was Feb/March 16) until I realised it was NOV 2017

Re: ANZ QFF Black 75,000 bonus with no annual fee 1st year -only $2500 spend 1st 3 mo

Mine took 6 business days from request and valid until December 2017

Re: ANZ QFF Black 75,000 bonus with no annual fee 1st year -only $2500 spend 1st 3 mo

Also ordered my QC passes and they arrived in less than a week. Does anyone know if the wife and I can bring our kids in as well ages 0 and 2?
