Free Chauffeur for F pax and J pax ?

I'm sure the answer is in some thread out there.

Leaving Next Thursday BNE-AMS. 4 pax in total, 2 pax in F and the other 2 pax in J. All on rewards tickets. All pax live on the Gold Coast.

Can anyone confirm Limo service is available to both F & J rewards tickets and if so, would they do pick up on Gold Coast traveling to BNE considering its about 100 Km from point to point.

Their limit is 60ks from the airport, anything further and you need to pay the additional. If your bookings are ticketed, go to the Etihad website and there is a link called "Reserve Chauffeur". As its all outsourced the local operators will call you to confirm pick up, and in your case payment.

All booked. After the comp 60km I get charged $3.50 per km thereafter. In my case 20km for $70.00 ain't too bad from Gold Coast.
