I just received an offer to upgrade on a QF domestic sector, no problems I thought very nice gesture until the payment method, the payment is in U.S. dollars!

So the minimum spend of 150 u.s. turns into 215 aussie dollars.

No thanks.
 
I've always been offered an upgrade in AUD.

Is this an Australian domestic sector? Was the booking originally booked in AUD or USD?
