QF/EK Chauffeur Drive

Haven't used this before, and unable to find the answers I need so far.

There are two of us traveling to Europe via Dubai J/C ex BNE.

We have a LOT of baggage, including oversize - do the chauffeur companies usually operate a Mini-Van option? (I think 2 limos probably won't do it with the oversize)

Also - when does the booking option normally show up on Manage my booking?

If there are 2 people in J you can each have a car.
If you log into the EK site the option will show in the right side panel.

Based on the subject of your thread, I suspect you have purchased J QF tickets via EK codeshare. If this is the case, you can book "Chauffeur Drive" under Manage Your Booking on QF site. The day prior to your flight you should receive a call from the chauffeur drive company or receive a SMS to call them and confirm your pickup. At this point, the agent will ask the number of passengers and luggage. They should then be able to organise a larger vehicle.

Thanks for the replies. I found the chauffeur drive option on Manage My Bookng - it just wasn't obvious at first

The last time I was met at MEL by QF CD, the vehicle was a van ... albeit a black one with VHx Plates ... so they do exist.

Has anyone used Chauffeur Drive in to Barcelona on arrival? The company name QF gave me was CDS Marrivals but I can not find any record of them.
