How do I add a profile picture to my AFF profile

I've left clicked and right clicked and searched the forum to no email.

Am I doing something wrong?

The small picture shown under your name is the Avatar - slightly different to your profile picture (which displays when someone looks at your profile)

Longer route is to click Settings on the top right of the page, and in the left column locate the Edit Avatar link. Profile picture settings are also located there.
