Shop Small is back this November!

My daughter just got back from the Lindt pop up store at Bondi Junction...
4 small boxes - 214 chocolates including some hollow Christmas treats which aren't the best 'value' but who cares.
Total after cash back (2 cards) = $38
 
Received email earlier that the store I submitted as accepting Amex but doesn't and the other that was on Shop Small but hasn't posted cashback and they will credit $20 manually.

They also mentioned that both stores have been removed from Shop Small.

That's awesome. I had an unexpected Shop Small Credit on Sunday morning at a paleo cafe that Mrs_O wanted to go to. It wasn't great so the Entertainment Book and the statement credit made it more palatable.
 
$290 from three cards for me. There was an Amex-funded coughtail bar crawl in there, and yesterday I did a run on newsagents topping up my Go card to finish them off.
 
This is the first year I've got into it - around $500 for me across 7 cards. Have a few bank issued ones tied up with Balance transfers which put them out of the picture. Hopefully AMEX will let us register >1 card each again next year. Helps take some of the sting out of $1200 Platinum charge annual fee :)

Hi albyd-I have a couple of Amex cards with balance transfers but still use Shop Small, just repaying the Shop Small transaction soon after purchase
 
Hi Andye, I didn't want to take a chance on it as most "older" credit cards still allocate payments to lower interest balance transfers first then to higher interest purchases so felt it might be a zero sum gain so just avoided it given I had so many others.might try to consolidate them down to a smaller number over the next year but maybe use supplementary cards more intensively next year.
