Gday

If i have booked a redemption ticket using Krisflyer miles for two people and now one of them cant go is it possible to remove that one person and get a mileage refund? I have done a date change before for a small fee but cant find any info about cancelling one of the two people on the original booking.

Thanks in advance.

no need to cancel them as a redemption nominee just yet. I believe the way to go would b

contact the call centre and ask them to split the booking into two seperate PNR.

then you can action you the un-travelling person for a refund of mile plus taxes less the cancellation charge.

then if you want, you can remove them as nominee. In my experience, i just leave them as a nominee unless I have hit my 5 person limit and need the nomiee 'space'
