hi help needed flying perth to changi 4 days in singapore singapore to dubai
my question is when departing singapore to dubai qantas/ emerates
flight is 0140 i would like to know what time can i be luggage free so i can explore changi airport movie meal beer senario :confused:

(I cannot answer your question, only comment that I have checked into QF flights many more than 3 hours early in SIN to sample the many lounges)
