JQ Headphones

I'm hoping someone can assist with headphone info on the 787.
Off to Bali next week and just wondering what type of plug can be used if I am using the IFE fitted to the JQ 787's. I have some BOSE noise cancelling headphones and would like to know if they will work.
Alternatively, what type are given out on board.

It was some months ago so I don't recall the actual plug configuration, however I was able to use my own Bose NC headsets with it.
