Heads Up re posting pictures if you are in the Syd Flounge

The new website page for the SYD Flounge has photos in a section called "Life in the Lounge". Not sure where QF is sourcing them, but a few clearly show boarding passes with Passenger details inc. name and FF number. Be careful with your personal details in photos that you submit to social networks peeps.

I've told a few people that when they posted photos of their boarding passes to get help via that airlines twitter account.

Probably not a great idea to post ones name and ff#.

I've seen people do worse though. There is a twitter or instagram thread a friend showed me where people are celebrating their new credit or debit card by posting pictures of them...

Probably is Hvr, i signed my kids up to QFF via Woolworths (back then Qantas weren't doing free joining promotions so i signed up through everyday rewards for free) and their numbers start with 1908 and are 10 digits long.

Glad i did sign up as i now have two of the youngest silvers ( 6 & 7) in the programme with a healthy swag of points that get transfered to me every year.

Yes this is a valid QFF number. All new numbers start with 19 now and are 10 digits.

If you are posting pics on Social Media and identifying the location as QF F Lounge you would be pretty stupid to think that's not open slather for QF to re-gram, re-tweet or otherwise use those images.
If that isn't your intention then you've got Social Media all wrong
