I have been ringing and emailing Qantas Frequent Flyer for lost points. Can any one tell me why they haven't added my points from April 30th. I was given 3000 points because there was a mix up with my card it is connected to Woolies Every day rewards card. all points have been added except the 3000 bonus points. It is so frustrating they don't answer emails or ring back.

Hi Pelican and welcome to AFF. Were the 3000 points awarded by Woolies? If so then you need to follow up with them, not Qantas.

A little more information will help us to guide you towards a resolution.

I have emailed at the address given on the reply they say they will be in touch but I think after 2 weeks they have forgotten...... and have been in touch with Woolies who say that it is Qantas who won't recognize the points they have been added to my woolies card but not on the QFF card.

I will bet money that the problem is at Woolies end. I had a similar problem where my statement points from WOW credit card would not show on my Qantas statement. WOW insisted they had been transferred and the problem was at Qantas's end. After calling qantas and WOW a dozen times, finally WOW admitted that nobody on my statement date got their points.

I have similar problems with QF frequent Flyer, you get an email automated response but very little follow up!
My one problem was a deduction of FF points for an upgrade, I then missed that flight due to a late connecting flight. Air North regional flight delayed into Darwin. Not my fault however the points have never been credited back despite it being a partner airline? And it was not on the same PNR or booking. Any clarification from red roo would be grandð

16.1.9 in the T&C's of the QFF program will give you your answer - you were a no show, you forfeit the points.

Not being on the same ticket doesn't help your case either

I think you've answered your own question. Separate ticket + you didn't catch the flight = no show and loss of points.

Having said that, QFF should communicate better with their customers - SPECIALLY a LTG WP. imho.
