Have a flight booked, AA200 F class, on QF PNR, ticket from LAX - MIA, which departs T4. I looked and I see 2 lounges at T4. Can anyone who has flown this route tell me which lounge would be the best for my use, and indeed confirm that I will be able to get into a lounge. Apart from F class I'm also QF SG

You can use the Admirals Club in T4 as you are QF SG. Domestic F does not allow lounge access except on certain transcon flights.

Thanks Tom, yes I had read that and IIRC I think it was transcon over 5 hours. This particular flight is scheduled at 5 hours 10 minutes so I don't really know.

Flagship access is for 3 class transcon only. Which is generally LAX/SFO-JFK. There is the odd 777 on the LAX-MIA route, so you may luck out.

No EF says AA200 is 2 class 767. Not to worry will be able to use Admirals club both LAX-MIA and MIA-MSY as SG

I did this trip in the other direction a few weeks ago - keep a look out for the Grand Canyon! Great scenery.

OK thanks for the info. I wouldn't have thought the flight path would be that far north but will certainly look out for it.

The LAX T4 Flagship lounge is inside the Admirals Club. If you have access to the Flagship lounge, the lounge staff at the downstairs door will give you a key card.
The only ways to get into a Flagship lounge are:
Flying paid F outside North America
Top tier AAdvantage member flying outside North America (?)
non-AA Oneworld Emerald
Paid F on 3 class transcon (generally only SFO/LAX-JFK on the A321T)

Thanks, don't qual for the Flagship lounge but at least I can enter the Admirals club
