I was about to make a Jetstar booking just now when I noticed that Qantas points and status credits were not listed as an inclusion with a plus bundle. Nor are they included with a Max Bundle. The food & beverage voucher is also missing.

I thought that perhaps it is a glitch, so I looked at another route. No mention of QF points/status credits there either. There was also no option on the next page, where you usually enter your QFF number and choose the Qantas points or JQ voucher.

I contacted Jetstar and they said that they weren't sure themselves and would escalate the issue.

At least Qantas points are still mentioned as a Plus Bundle benefit under "View Plus Bundle rules".

Here's hoping this is just a glitch.

You will find this has occurred previously (from memory it was on the SIN-KUL route and vv.)

Fairly sure that it was a glitch

I'd also say glitch as even the max bundle is missing the points / SC.

I certainly hope so! I hope this is rectified quickly.

Do you think I would run into any problems if I booked now? I note that I don't even have an option to choose to earn Qantas points on the next page.

I'm guessing that the interns had the job of adding BL to the points/status accruals, effective a couple of days ago. Not sure how it would work though, as the second page where we elect the choices would default to vouchers instead of points/status by default.

If this was actually true. It's a good thing. It would remove any need to buy an overpriced bundle.

This is pretty unacceptable, fix it please Jetstar. I may actually need to book a JQ sector in the next day or 2

Let's hope so! Jetstar seriously needs to work on its website though.

Yep, they were giving away business Max bundles for free last year, I kid you not!

The extra $80 per segment that is normally charged, was not being added to the reservation on many of the MEL > SYD sector's flown as " international Tag flights" late last year.

I scored the points & SC at the business class rate, without paying the additional fee.

I was a happy camper!

I would've appreciated this a lot, oh well, nice to dream!
Being SIN based, and travelling around in the region, it actually adds up to a significant portion of my SC gains. My options are rather limited, I suppose.
