Upgraded status not showing in bookings

This is a quirky thing. I recently achieved SG status, and now all my bookings reflect that. Noice. However MrP who is on the same bookings as me, achieved WP some months ago, but his bookings still show SG. Maybe that isn't a biggie but we have put in an upgrade request in July and being WP makes that far more likely.

We also have an Emirates flight booked and we reckon emirates loves WP travellers.

How can we get that sorted? I can't amend that online.

(This happened a year ago too in his account but in reverse. Showed him as WP when he had been demoted to SG)

Thanks Guys! who'da thunk! It updated for SYD-HKG, but not a domestic. Nor emirates booking which makes sense. But thankyou as it updated for the flight I needed it most.
