First Post - Qantas A330

Hi Folks,

I'm flying QF41 on Apr 3 and QF 24 on May 6 both in Business and I've noticed that the seat maps have both been changed to A330-200. I assume that's because of the re-config that's happening. Not expecting the new suite so soon but you never know....

Hi Davo, bear in mind that there is already a pre-existing international version of the 330-200 with the Skybed product.

I would assume the downsize from -300 to -200 would do more with demand more then anything else.

Yes you may well right re the demand, just that they worth both 300s when I booked. I'm not unhappy about the downsize to a 200 as I'm in the front cabin, just thought that with two 300s out of play these subs might become regular.

Finished up with a 200 on QF41 and a 300 on QF24. Both flights were excellent, especially liked the small forward cabin on the 200. It may be old hat these days but I still like the original SkyBed but certainly look forward to trying the new suits some time soon.
