Changing JASA's booked last year

Hi - does anyone know if you can change a JASA on line or do you have to call Qantas - if so any idea of the costs?

Changes should be done over the phone, as you can explain that it is one of the "old marginal any seat award flight that earns points and SCs".

You could argue that there should be no fee as it can't be done online without losing the points and SCs. Although I don't know for sure.
