We will be Flying from Sydney To Amsterdam via Abu Dhabi with Emirates arriving in Amsterdam at 14.55 on 28 April 2015. We need to then catch a flight from Amsterdam to Zurich that gets us in on the evening of 28 April. As we are flying Business we will have our full Business Class luggage allowance. Plenty of seats online but most appear to be "budget" with luggage limitations. Any advice on Airlines to consider would be most welcome.

If possible I would just take less luggage & then enjoy getting around while watching others struggle with their massive bags

You can't reticket your flights into Zurich (or even Geneva), instead of Amsterdam? It may cost some money but may save additional fare, baggage fees, and the risk of missing connection - which is entirely yours. Otherwise Swiss departing AMS at 8pm maybe the best option.

I know it's a small thing, but there is not Emirates flight which goes via Abu Dhabi. (You might fly into Abu Dhabi, drive up to Dubai, and carry on your journey from there...........but you cannot do SYD-AUH-AMS on EK.)
