Is it one of those things that's 'there to be take' or best left behind? ;)
 
Wouldn't that be complimentary, so you can do what you like with it, I guess? Take it or leave it, like the slippers, eye shades, etc.

Providing you are seated in F then it's all yours. We have a number of them. Mrs TMA says we don't need any more since we don't write letters these days. But....

You can always ask the FA if you can take it. I doubt they would say no.
 
Yes in F they are. But one can take the actual menus home. Never tried to take the leather binder...
