No recommendations for the car? That's what I'd do if Qantas offered for all business class flights.

If they offered it for all long haul J flights, I'd likely only use it between home and CBR. Most of the QF ports where it would likely be offered, I wouldn't need it (not leaving airport) or there is better transport options.
