Hi Princess It has been like that for around 12 to 18 months I have contacted QF about it many times and the response is we are working on it.
One explanation on here is the time that one does the request.
Did you request the upgrade as soon as you purchased the flight or was it after the tickets had been fully processed and issued?
Their seems to be a lot of issues at the moment around upgrades, seat selection etc.
As above, yes it was within 10 minutes of booking.
12-18 mths is a long time to be working on it though :!: Frankly, I think annoying your best customers isn't great business practice
