Booking problems on the VA website

Is it just me or is anyone else having problems booking flights on the VA website? It stalls after picking the return flight, then times out. Aaaargh! So frustrating... :mad:
 
Yes ...... whole screen 'ghosts' the wheel of death kicks in, it goes no where so you shut down, fire up again go to the competitor web site and book a QF flight.
I shudder to think how many hundreds of thousands of dollars that on going problem has cost the VA income stream.
 
Good to know that it's not just me then. Yes... that wheel of death that spins forever... and then times out.

I've been having problems with the "manage your flight" option. A few times I've been able to see the flight but can't "manage" it (neither on the web site nor on the mobile app). It was a real pain when I was trying to confirm departure times for a few flights and that info didn't even come up. This has happened twice in the last few weeks......leave it a day and try again and it works! Very frustrating.

I've had the same problem on/off grrrr! So I put all mine into the sabre ' virtually there' programme were I can look them all up whenever....
 
Still can't book flights. VA clearly don't need my money!

Given that these issues have been pretty much on-going for 18 months and JB has said the game change plan has been completed, I'm thinking this is about as good as it gets......band-Aid solutions only when pushed hard.
