I was just wondering the same thing, forgetting its on your head and wandering around with it.

I always pack duct tape when we travel. Im sure with hubbys bandana I can get almost the same results

Sole advantage of flying on C130s was the ability to tie your head to the webbing seats!

It's a good idea!

The main problem with sleeping upright is how to prevent your head nodding forward (waking you up). This seems a good solution.

I have almost become an expert at falling asleep in row 4 after pushback and waking up as the meal service commences.
