edited to add: now on phone to Qantas. Response from agent "i can see youve flown 6 eligible sectors. That's very odd." They're showing it to their supervisor.

they came back and said it is a system error. They are aware of it, and it won't affect requalification!

This issue remains unfixed.
Perhaps Red Roo can advise the team to look at it.
My eligible sectors are "0" and I have flown several.

I can confirm the glitch doesn't affect requalification. I called 3 weeks ago as I renew this month and was concerned the "0" flights would be an issue. But the agent confirmed there is a problem with some accounts. She could see the correct total and subsequently my new card arrived without a hitch.

as of today, mine still shows 0 I've done quite a few squiggles. Also, the pre-simplification MASAs seems to count twice on the statement.
