Have you ever noticed how providers use the word 'complimentary' here and not 'free'. Seems there is a world of difference in which word you can use. Maybe HIX should offer a 'complimentary' breakfast.

It depends on whether it were possible to order pizza in which the delivery was not free of charge. :-|

I guess "complimentary bottled water" works fine, as it is possible to obtain a room without complimentary bottled water; moreover, it is also possible to obtain a room which features both complimentary and charged-for bottled water.

I don't know about the UK but I do like that Holiday Inn Exprss offers complimentary breakfast. Room rates in SE Asia are generally quite reasonable.
