Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone has a recommendation on where to sit on the 747 that services BN-LAX-NYC (QF15/107/108/16)?

There will be three of us traveling - 2 adults and a 7 month old.

There seems to be only 1 bassinet position in PE in row 31, however the proximity to both the toilets and galley has the seats marked as both good and be aware.

Has anyone else been seated elsewhere and found it better?

Thanks,
Suchi

There are multiple 747 configurations and all seem to be used on that selection of routes. Looks like they all only have 1 option for a bassinet position so you probably won't have a choice of seats. The proximity to toilets/galleys doesn't bother me too much and at least you're in PE so the toilets shouldn't have too much traffic.

For flights that long, with a 7mo, I can't see any other choice than taking the bassinet position. The 7mo will need to sleep, and that's going to be tricky in a PE seat.
