Out of curiosity, for those who receive "We miss you" offers. What is the timeframe that you (or the relevant account) didn't shop at Woolies?

In my case it is usually immediately prior to a 2 week absence from Australia

My personal experience with our family accounts is that 4 to 6 weeks of non use will trigger a "we miss you" offer. I'm guessing it might vary for other members depending on the previous usage of the card.

I've been getting them around the 2-3 week mark as well, sadly the offers aren't convenient for me but I still end up shopping at Woolworths. Mission succeeded...

Newish account got this offer last night:

Loaded up with $60 of mostly half price specials and the $10 off became $20 for some reason :)

Very interesting. Wife's card has the same offer - I wonder whether they would give $30 off on a $90 spend. Unfortunately no points offers.

Maybe the computer system is set to give $10 off $30 in one shop - but hasn't been set to ignore multiple occurrences of $30 spend in that one shop.

My theory is that they have lumped the targeted offer savings and the regular product everyday rewards savings into the one notation line on the receipt. I can't confirm this without seeing the product listings and whether they qualify for the orange ticket savings this week.

$10 off a $30 shop is an excellent deal. Well done. We haven't had a targeted offer like this for a long time. The 2000 points for a $30 online order was really good but it took ages before we could get any value from the 2000 points(worth more than $10). I like the idea of an instant saving and benefit.

Thanks for the replies. Been almost three weeks since I've been to Woolies. Might just hold off a few more days.

I wish that was the case, but my $130 shop today became $120, pity as $40 off would have been nice...

I have been spending most of the day thinking about what to spend my Everday savings of 0.02 on

Wow! On reading that section of the receipt it really does look like that targeted offer came as a $20 off for a $10 offer.

I have no idea what the 2 cent discount means either on one of your products.
