Hi all,
I'm in Japan later in the year and was looking at briefly flying over to Korea for a quick look.
Do 787s fly this route at all? I realize it's a fairly short route but I thought it might be a brief leg on a longer flight (like Emirates' A380 from Dubai to Sydney which then jumps the ditch to Auckland).
I'll be flying in December this year.

Thanks!

I don't like your chances, given neither of the Korean airlines have the B787 and JL only flies them long-haul. ANA flies the B777 between Seoul Gimpo to Tokyo Haneda. Given that Japan only has an open skies agreement with the US (I believe), the only option left would be US airlines, and that is unlikely.

I am not sure a few hours would do Seoul justice. Maybe a day and a night. Careful with food choices though ...

Still go to Korea for a quick look though!!!
Yep I'll probably spend two days over there, one to visit the DMZ and unsure about the other day.
I think I'll try and fly a 787 domestically within Japan.
