With 20 minutes to go, it looks like touch and go for JQ819 tonight ex BNE as to whether or not it will breach the infamous SYD 2300 hours curfew. Of course, it may have a dispensation if it is a couple of minutes over time, and the critical time is touchdown not arrival at the gate.
JQ819 had departed BNE 83 minutes late at 2048, so with the time difference of an hour it's been a quick run south.
A few minutes ago, Flightradar24.com - Live flight tracker! showed this JQ flight as due in at 2258, but it is now shown as a 2301 hours arrival, some distance behind CZ301 that is due in at 2254. Because the latter is more than two hours late, its return working CZ302 has been delayed from 2215 tonight to 0700 tomorrow. That could be a pleasant 0400 wake up call for the crew.
There was a storm earlier over SYD.
