An email (from a person) in response to my second email basically said sorry but just keep checking your account, they'll appear when they appear...
 
Its such a long drawn out affair maybe they should double the missing points to appease us all :p.

No. Now we can get back to the serious issues like bookings made with residual vouchers not being able to be maintained online. :(

That was done yesterday and now I can view bookings but I cannot change or cancel these bookings. Called back only to be put on hold and after 10-15 minutes told there is nothing they can do and would need to escalate issue.

But those who said residual vouchers are rubbish were poo pooed. I will say I told you so.

Purchased and used on 3rd Dec. I'm usually quite patient, but this is getting a bit ridiculous

No love here either.
Also purchased and used 3/12. Phone and emails to chase them.
