Hi,
Signed up for thr HSBC credit card promo through SIA,the sign up bonus was 25 k,have had numerous phone calls with HSBC and SIA, is there a next step where I can escalate my complaint without going to AFCA.

QF8 DFW-SYD cancelled 14 October 4 hours after boarding began. Faulty A/C unit. Downgraded from J to PE unfortunately but probably lucky to get a seat tonight.
