Hi.. first post, and it's sad.
Just realised that I had some credit with Virgin from a cancelled SYD-DRW flight, which expired 3 days ago. Rang them to see if there was anything they could do. There wasn't. Does anyone have any experience with expired credit? I was hoping, if not re-instated, they could at least offer SOMETHING to soften the blow.. like a pass to the lounge or something like that. They were polite, I was polite, but now I just feel sad. :(
