In early November I booked then cancelled a flight to San Francisco. Got the email from Zuji confirming there would be a refund of around $750 but it could take up to 18 weeks to receive the refund. 18 weeks was up today and still no sign of the money. Rang the carrier who advised that I needed to query the refund via Zuji but they could see the cancellation and the refund is still sitting with them because Zuji have not made a refund request.

just sent a terse email to Zuji. Hopefully I won't have to wait another 18 weeks!

next time I will just book with the carrier.
