I just had a very straightforward and hassle-free experience booking LGW-JFK via the Norwegian Air UK website. Everything from navigation, choice selection and payment checkout was seamless and so easy to follow.
Which prompts me to ask what are your favourite airline booking websites to use, from a user navigation and ease of booking perspective. What are the worst? For example, any of the Chinese ones. And Thai Airways came across as clunky despite their generally good rep as an established airline.

I like Webjet, TAP Portugal and Singapore too. These are from immediate recent experience. You would have far more experience than me in the many international booking websites out there. Keen to know your thoughts.

I find the United website to be surprisingly good. Works exactly as designed, it's fast and you get lots of information on the booking page e.g. the fare class you're booking, PQM earn, etc. I hate it when websites dumb everything down.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I find Expedia works very well; however, I prefer to use an airline's own website and book directly if at all possible. I find Virgin Australia's site the total pits followed closely by Jetstar (one of the several reasons I avoid J* unless absolutely necessary). I find Singapore and Air Canada. Lufthansa and Swiss Air all perfectly OK (but these are the ones I use). Also to my surprise on a trip to India last year I found the Indian internal airlines' sites to be excellent.

Also I like Google Flight excellent for browsing prices.
