1. You have not worn pyjamas of any description for 40+ years but after taking a F or J flt where pyjamas are provided you then proceed to ponce around your home every night for the week post your return in said dodgy pyjamas whilst tolerating the never ending ‘compliments’ from your better half.

2. Even after 100 flts in F and J and you have a whole tub full of un-used amenity packs you would still rather give your friends and family bday / xmas gifts from your wine cellar rather than part with one of those treasured yet totally useless items.

3. Visitors to your home find the only reading material that is obvious and available on your coffee table are F or J menus that you ‘souvenired’ on your most recent flts. Disclaimer: I can guarantee that said menus are the ONLY reading material that will illicit 100% attraction from ALL visitors.

4. Coolish to cold nights will not see people in your living room trying to keep warm with some non-descript blanket / throwover but rather the wonderful blankets supplied on one of your memorable F / J journeys where at the end of the flight said blanket ‘mistakenly’ found its way into your carry-on.

5. Pride of place around your living room is indeed not set aside for priceless family heirlooms / expensive souvenirs from distant and exotic destinations but rather the small gimmicky salt and pepper shakers you ‘borrowed’ from previous F / J flts

When you do all the Xmas shopping online with a credit card that collects points, on a ff portal (US Airways and Velocity Global Store), get every present and they are all on the wish lists and get bonus points?

I quite happily wear QF PJs on CX where you dont get any in J.

RE: The Airplane salt and pepper shakers.

I was travelling on VX in F and after the meal service I told the FA that I thought the S&P shaker looked cute. He said he would go find me a new one. He returned with two new and my used airplane S&P shaker.
