Got another one yesterday, must be only about two months since the last one. That one was about "Qantas Cash" though and this one is more about the QFF programme. More of the typical survey about recommending QFF to a friend but with a focus on the website and so forth and a lot of comparisons with VA. I gave QF grudging respect for their website but they did ask if the "fees and charges" were putting me off redemptions and I had to "strongly agree".

Of course I had to sock it to the VA website though. What a debacle that has been. I cautioned them in my comments about making wholesales changes without proper beta testing - am sure they'll listen to me as a DYKWIA.

There was one question which gave me a laugh - actually I can't remember the question just the labels on the boxes. The first one was about QFF and the scale went from "low performance" on the left hand side up to "high performance" on the right hand side. The question directly below about VA went from "low performance" right up to... "low performance". - talk about getting the answer you want to hear!
Wish I'd grabbed a screenshot.

Anyone else get it?

I had the survey too. I didn't notice the low performance - low performance. But I did put down a similar answer in regards to the fees and charges of redemptions :)
