Y class seating on EKA380 trans Tasman

I would be interested in hearing the communities preferred seats on EKs A380 in Y.

Travelling with my partner in June MEL -AKL vv for his birthday weekend and would like the nicer seats in the house.

We flew in bulkhead seats as far forward as possible. It was those seats near/under the staircase that went up to the upper deck. There is a tiny office for the CSM under that staircase too As they were bulkhead pretty decent leg room, so can't really comment on other seats though.
