Wrong FF credited

Recently took a flight back from HND to PVG. I immediately noticed they put my Eastern Miles (MU) on the BP. I went back to get them corrected but the JAL check in lady refused to change to my DL sky miles. She actually refused saying its already in the system.

Lo and behold, points are now credited to Eastern Miles and not DL. So now i need to try and rectify this as I calculated very carefully to complete my delta status match.

So who do i start to contact? MU ? DL ? Both?

If I recall correctly, a similar question was here just a few months ago about QR and QF programs. The logic was to first get the points / miles uncredited from the unintended account and then submit a request to credit the flight to the intended one. I.e. you'd start with MU to get the points removed.
