Will slow SC's affect me upgading to platinum

On 972 credits.
35 from BME to PER flight 4/9 haven't appeared.
Lose 60 status credits today 6/9.
Rang call centre twice but both times whilst on hold calls dropped out.
If SC's from 4/9 flight don't go in today will I not get upgraded to platinum?

Flight from 4th September will get backdated. If you drop just send them an email they will sort it.
