Will I earn VA SC's for SIA points booking?

I was going to book a flight with Singapore Airlines using VA Points that will be transferred to my SIA Krisflyer account.

Will I still earn VA Status Credits if nominating my VA FF Number on my booking, or because I have logged in to Krisflyer to make the points booking they will be deposited into my Krisflyer account or I wont get any as its a points booking?
 
No points earn AFAIK with SQ award bookings. Still put your VA number in for WP benefits.
 
Bumma!!! looks like I'll be paying to keep WP for another year!
