Hopefully these questions aren't too daft.

1. Is there wifi on the A380s and 777s and if so, do I have to pay for it if I am flying First/Suites?

2. I checked out the Book the Cook option and it's only one dish - is that all you you get if you choose that option or are there extra snacks, drinks and the like?
