Finally qualified for SG this year, after 10 years AFF (& thanks to mASA's). Now in the Retirement travel phase .
But might be difficult to requalify with all QF's enhancements.

Ditto.
However QF comped me another year of PS after my retirement, but my (non-sponsored) travel is reduced to about 6 flights pa so will descend to NB in 2015.

Very nearly ditto... although retirement isn't what I particularly want :(

Still WP till Apr 15 but no sign of employment let alone employment with lots of travel :(:(

I hit GF Gold this year thanks to MASA's for the first and most likely last time. Self funded with most of it leisure travel.
Now I will just have to put the QFF points towards classic awards for future holidays.

Up until 12 months ago my flying was almost 50/50 work/personal. I have been WP with VA for almost 3 years. I have semi retired since August last year and have had zero work miles. I re-qualified for WP in May this year and my review date is October. I think I have been lucky this time with plenty of overseas trips (leisure) however I see the next 12 months being pretty lean so I guess I will drop down to Gold next October 2015. That's not too bad.... I had a good run. :)

I've been self-funded WP for some years now. There's nothing that a well-constructed annual DONEx won't fix :D.

MASAs were great while they lasted but I never used them to achieve status.

All my travel is self funded. Reached SG via MASA but didn't want to spend a grand or so just to get WP when MASA was being scrapped. With the points I earn just fly classics up the front now and pocket the cash.

No company nor government funded travel here, all paid by myself or perhaps just a little help from woolies and a few others....
