Which lounge in London

HI,

Will be flying to CDG on QF1 and have a stop of 4 hours in London before boarding on BA.

Im QF gold, any recommendation on the lounge I should use?

Not sure which terminal, but yes flying BA from London to CDG

There are two lounges in T5 which you can access Galleries North and South.
Pretty much of a much IMO pick the one nearest your departure gate
