Anyone know which is the exit row on a Virgin Blue 737-700, I undestand that it is rows 17 and 18 on the 800's?

I think it is row 12 on the 700s. Definitely 14 and 15 on the 800s (15 reclines, 14 doesn't).

Yep - row 12 on the 700's. I did a day trip to Brisbane yesterday and booked 15D both ways as I thought that was the exit row. Should have known it couldn't be as I don't think they allow online booking of exit rows (or maybe I was just too slow?).

So how do you know which aircraft type you are going to be on?

Cheers,

Andrew

Andrew,

When using OLCI, look at the number of rows displayed on the seat map.
24 rows = 737-700
30 rows = 737-800

Good to see you back Peter. :D And posting useful information. ;)

No online checkin for exit rows, they are reserved for people paying extra for Blue Zone who have to check in at the airport. Nice to see DJ seem to have their priority queue sorted now... we managed to check in very quickly last night. :D
