Hi,
Can anyone offer an update on when seats available to elite fliers gets opened to non elites.
I understand that there is no fixed time ahead but am after an indication .
I am also guessing that it may be route specific.
I have numerous bookings at the moment and have only access to business seats towards the back of the cabins .
Should I start looking daily say one month ahead or a few days ahead?

Everything opens up to everyone at T-80 hrs.

Assuming those business class flights are flights without first class (i.e. not on regular QF A380 international routes) then upgrades are irrelevant but as upgrades are processed seats in lower cabins may become available for selection that weren't available earlier.

There could also be late cancellations so it's worth having some more looks between T-80 and T-24 if you're not happy with your seat selection.
