So as a Gold, I can pick row 5, but I'm finding that choosing the last few rows gets me off the plane quicker, as often the ones in J are not overly mobile and flexible and take a while to disembark.
The problem though, especially in MEL as that's the route I'm always on, sometimes they don't open the back door.
