Whats your booking killer?

One thing is a deal breaker. A WINDOW THAT DOES NOT OPEN!!. I can put up with most things for a night or two, but this one really peeves me..

I just find it quite bizarre that it is even an option for a room where people sleep to not have some fresh air.

Also interested about the bed, I am 6 ft 4 but still prefer a queen bed. Most kings (at least at the standard of hotels I stay at) seem to just be two singles pushed together with an annoying lump in the middle.

I am not really a fan of the Hilton/Hyatt type of hotel. Small fridge, expensive mini bar and no opening window generally.

Prefer an apartment style, Quest/Oaks type of thing so I can make my own meals from the Supermarket and wash my clothes.

When somewhere new, being located close to the super, pubs etc is ideal so I can just walk quickly to get sustenance.

The perfect accom for me, would be, a big open air apartment, beautiful views, high quality queen bed with plush linen, close to town centre and all for $150-$180/NIGHT :)

Really? I couldn't care less about the windows opening as long as there is strong and at the same time quiet air conditioning. But I am totally a Hilton/Marriott/Hyatt/points earning kinda guy so everyone is different I suppose.
