Can't remember what was on the menu. Lamb or beef dishes of some kind, and something seafood related. Also a vegetarian dish. Soup for starters and I think a seafood/prawn salad? Few different hot breads to choose from, and for the life of me, can't remember what was for dessert.

You have dinner (they call it lunch) when flying out of Australia, and eat 2.5 or so hours out of LA.

To be honest, the only seats that I would say are worth avoiding are the middle seats in the centre row.

I'd say the best time to sleep is whenever! As long as you know you should wake up around 3 hours before landing to eat (if you're hungry). Try not to get a good night's sleep if you believe you'll be able to sleep on the plane, or get a really good night's sleep if you want to try and hold out. Everyone is different in this respect.

And the bathrooms are quite big. You shouldn't have any problems. If you do, ask to go down to the Y toilets next to doors 4L/R. They're huge!
