Nice positioning and branding by EY making it sound new and innovative. I suppose the "consultancy" type approach and "off menu" items are new-ish, but the idea of a chef onboard to prepare meals is not a completely revolutionary concept. Ansett International had onboard chefs, as I did Gulf Air.

I would feel So out of my comfort zone in there.... I couldnt do it Im afraid. I would go no higher than J, but thats just me. Very nice looking cabin, but those flashy upper class menus do nothing for me, how about a steak and salad?
